Planning pkul 9am b'kumpul...alih2x pkul >10 baru kt org b- dari tempat bkumpul. Memandangkan majority xbreakfast lg...kt org decide to Medan Selera Taman Tun Sardon utk sarapan. Ramai giler walaupun dah nak dkt tgh hari time weekend ni.

 



 

 



First lawatan adalah Rumah P.Ramlee. Di sini terdapat auditorium, galeri dan rumah keluarga P.Ramlee.

Untuk pembakaran lemak yg bkesan...eloklah pada tgh hari bjalan2x di Taman Botani. Pastikan pakai sunblock.

 

 

Lemak dah tbakar, keronkong sudah kering..perut pula mintak di isi...so jom kita makan. Restoren pilihan kt org adalah Restoren Nasi Padang Minang.

 

Perut sudah kenyang tp cuaca terasa bahang panas...so we decided to visit Penang State Museum. Kebetulan time kt org visit, pihak muzium hanya pamerkan hasil lukisan dari Pertandingan Seni Lukis Terbuka bertemakan Hitam Putih.

Nori aka Seaweed Soup

About 1L sweat not tear release due to Zumba...n my stomach craving for a soup for 2day dinner. There are some seaweed sheath balance from previous onigiri n gimbap....So seaweed soup is decided for today dinner.....

Main ingredieat:

Suhun n seaweed sheath

sausage

 

 

Boil the water with mash garlic...put knob chicken cube..black paper and chili for the spicy. Once boiling, insert the suhun n following sausage and seaweed. adjust the taste by add salt.

p/s: this serve for 2 person although i'm eating it alone...my stomach full with it and sleep early for tonight. zzZZZZzzz

Onigiri....

Setelah mcuba Gimbab...kali ni try onigiri= rice ball, is Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular or oval shapes and often wrapped in seaweed.

Nasi still masak mcm gimbab juga: gaul dgn saseme oil n saseme seed.

 

yang white tuu dalam dia ada serunding ayam....yang brown tuuu nasi yg tlh digaul dgn serunding (hehe...tahap malas smpai mcm tu).
