Nori aka Seaweed Soup

About 1L sweat not tear release due to Zumba...n my stomach craving for a soup for 2day dinner. There are some seaweed sheath balance from previous onigiri n gimbap....So seaweed soup is decided for today dinner.....

Main ingredieat:

Suhun n seaweed sheath

sausage

 

 

Boil the water with mash garlic...put knob chicken cube..black paper and chili for the spicy. Once boiling, insert the suhun n following sausage and seaweed. adjust the taste by add salt.

p/s: this serve for 2 person although i'm eating it alone...my stomach full with it and sleep early for tonight. zzZZZZzzz

Onigiri....

Setelah mcuba Gimbab...kali ni try onigiri= rice ball, is Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular or oval shapes and often wrapped in seaweed.

Nasi still masak mcm gimbab juga: gaul dgn saseme oil n saseme seed.

 

yang white tuu dalam dia ada serunding ayam....yang brown tuuu nasi yg tlh digaul dgn serunding (hehe...tahap malas smpai mcm tu).

Today post is about Gimbap. Sudah try 3 kali dah cuma kali ni trasa nak bkongsi dgn anda....
Gimbap/Kimbap ni popular dish from Korea..emm ala2x sushi roll. Actually, it's made from steamed white rice (bap) and various other ingredients, rolled in sheets of dried seaweed (gim[korea]= nori[japanese]) and served in bite-size slices. Gimbap is often eaten during picnics or outdoor events, or as a light lunch, served with kimchi.

So, my version Gimbap was modified to my tongue (of course it must be spicy ;D)

 The sushi rice was used, warm stem rice was mix well with saseme oil and black saseme seed together with a few salt. I'm not used vinegar coz my instinct said that ;P.

 

 Egg, sausages (this depand on your taste, you can replace with serunding/meatloaf/patty/tuna[i don't like ;P], carrot,  japanese cucumber, jalapeno chili(must add to give spicy). All this must cut to be the suitable saiz as filling in gimbap...fried first with  a little bit salt). Don't forget your seeweed sheet must be fried a few seconds.

 Put the rice and filling on the seaweed sheet at a bamboo mat......

slice it and your bento ( a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine) is already.

The sad story....di suatu malam yg sejuk....tidur yg tdk nyenyak d sbbkan small vampire fly around at my beautiful legs..hehehe. Dia...dia selalu tdr d atas hujung kakiku....entah mengapa mlm itu aku buas tidur...bang! tjatuh sudah dia di atas lantai jubin rumah sewa ku...Pnjg lg umurnya cuma terloose sdkit dkt side end adaptor that supply his breath.

Hidupku bersama dia mula berubah....aku perlu makesure his breath in good condition..barulah aku can get permission bersosial dgn oppa n nuna shgga larut mlm n tdkpun smpai larut pg. Blk saja dr CNY, dia smkin nazak...his breath sekejap ada sekejap xdak.T_T. Aku try guna adaptor lama yg aku pasti sdh rosak (saja try cuma). Oh yeah! dia kembali bernafas dgn bertenaganya!!!;D Apa lagi...b'dating la aku dgn dia shnga awal pg.

Keesokannya..pulang saja dr kerja..trus aku terjah dia...dup dap dup dap pergerakan nafasnya aku xda nmpak apatahkan lagi nafasnya aku xda dpt rasa. Aku cepat bg CPR....n apakah dayanya his got brain damage..TT_TT . Hospital sure xbuka lg coz still mode cuti CNY.

Keesokan lg...aku kluar skejap cari mana tau ada hospt./klinik buka...OMG! mmg lengang n klinik/hospt. mmg tutup dr Sg.Dua higga Bkt jambul aku terjah. Aku tiggal dia dkt office...mls nak bw blk rumah coz mmg dia xkan buka mata pnya.

Dgn ketiadaan dia...terpaksa la aku berdating dgn pganti dia. At same time... aku mluaskan ternakan katak aku dkt Pocket Frog. Best jg penganti dia mhiburkan hati aku...tp dia still dlm ingatan!!! Keesokan lg..aku still cari klinik yg kot2x buka...usaha tgga kjayaan...mada mada dane....tapppiiiiii klinik still xbuka lg.....arh! lmbat lg la aku nak bersosial n bdrama dgn oppa....
